CULINARY TIP OF THE WEEK:

Plan out your meals for the next week prior to grocery shopping. This will save you time during the week and elimate buying food that could spoil before you use it.
Did you know they even make planning sheets for such a thing? I was fortunate enough to have a friend get me one of them, but if you can't find them...here is a similar one for free:
